vegetarian/raw foods diet test run: day 6
so i’ve pretty much complied everyday since friday. (with the exception of that following saturday as a result of 5 or 6 too many mojitos, i remedied my hangover with a good old fashioned cure of mine: a classic chicken breast and bacon publix sub. and then there was this tuesday where i was offered a free veal, proschuitto, and fresh mozz in a lemon garlic butter sauce lunch… i mean…) anyway, otherwise i’ve been sticking to it and i gotta say it’s not as hard as it seems. it’s actually pretty fulfilling-physically, mentally, and spiritually.
(for a while now) i’ve incorporated fruit into my breakfasts/lunches every day, and definitely greens (usually in the form of salad) at least once a day.
i also had my first dabble in cooking a legit meal-eggplant parmigiana topped with fat free mozz. (fat free cheese just isn’t the same btw)
