vegetarian*/raw foods diet test run: day one
breakfast: kashi go lean cereal with bananas and unsweetened almond milk
lunch: homemade garden salad complete with one whole carrot, one whole cuke, one whole roma tomato, some onion and baslamic & olive oil dressing
and a small assortment of fruit
dinner: homemade stuffed shells (~that my boo made~)—ricotta fresh basil & parsley, topped with tomato sauce & mozz
and the most enjoyable part: homemade mojitos—club soda with gin, fresh mint leaves, and some limes
this may or may not turn into a food journal. i need all the support i can get to not eat meat because i love it. however, it’s apparently kind of useless to the digestive system… so i may just end up eating it once a week or something.
*not excluding dairy and fish. (that’s just ridiculous)
